WHERE CAN I PICK UP AND RETURN THE VEHICLE?

You can pick up or return the vehicle at one of our locations. You can also choose the “On-site delivery” option and we will deliver the vehicle to you. We may charge additional fees for this service.

WHERE IS YOUR AIRPORT OFFICE?

The Zippy7 Autorent office is four minutes from the airport. A member of staff will pick you up at the bus stop number 6 and take you to our office by shuttle bus.

HOW CAN I FIND ZIPPY7 AT THE AIRPORT?

Once you have collected your luggage and cleared security, please call us on +43 664 153 1883 and a member of staff will be waiting for you at the bus stop number 6.

IS IT POSSIBLE TO RETURN THE CAR OUTSIDE OF OFFICE HOURS?

Zippy7 Autorent offers an out-of-hours pick-up/drop-off service. This may incur additional charges.

IS IT POSSIBLE TO ADD AN ADDITIONAL DRIVER?

Yes, it is. Additional drivers can be added, making longer journeys more comfortable and safer. All additional drivers must have a valid driving license and more than one year of driving experience. Any additional drivers must be present when you pick up the vehicle so we can check their driving licenses also.

IS IT POSSIBLE TO TRAVEL ABROAD WITH THE RENTAL VEHICLE?

Yes, although this may incur additional charges.

CAN THE ADDITIONAL DRIVER RETURN THE RENTAL VEHICLE?

Yes, the additional driver can return the vehicle. The cardholder does not need to be present.

WHAT HAPPENS IF I RETURN THE RENTED VEHICLE LATE?

If you return your vehicle later than the time stated on the rental agreement, you may incur additional charges.

AM I ALLOWED TO HAVE THE RENTAL VEHICLE REPAIRED?

No, you cannot have our vehicles repaired. We have our own authorised mechanics.

WHO IS RESPONSIBLE FOR PARKING FINES AND TRAFFIC OFFENCES?

The renter of the vehicle is solely responsible for any traffic fines and related administrative fees incurred during the rental period.

WHAT DOCUMENTS DO I NEED WHEN PICKING UP THE VEHICLE?

To rent a car, you must be at least 21 years old and have had a valid driving license for at least one year.

Driving licences in languages other than the Roman alphabet must be accompanied by a valid international driving licence.

A valid form of payment in the driver’s name is required. You must also provide either a valid passport or a national ID card.
